Tutors should always be taking classes with stable broadband or fiber-net internet connection, and not mobile data, with an upload speed greater than 10 Mbps. Please note that if there are disturbances in the lesson and you are taking classes through mobile data and/or your upload speed is less than 10mbps, you would not be compensated for the lesson

Tutors should always be taking the class from a computer on a table and sitting upright on a chair

Tutors should have a good pair of headphones with a working microphone, and would always be taking the class using headphones

Understand that you are not allowed to share any kind of personal contact information with students, including phone numbers, social media, addresses, etc, unless explicitly instructed by 7Wiseways.com. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine equivalent to your payout for 10 classes and/or deactivation of your account and forfeiture of your account balance.

Tutors should always be taking the classes from a room that is well lit, and your face is clearly visible and at the correct angle

Tutors should understand that you are not allowed to solicit business of any nature from any of 7Wiseways's students/parents or encourage them to stop being 7Wiseways's patrons. Any violation of this policy will result in the deactivation of your account and forfeiture of your account balance.

Tutors should understand that in the event you want to terminate your association with 7Wiseways, or want to stop taking classes for an existing student, you have to give us at least one month's notice.

Tutors should understand that you are allowed to take classes for your students only using the 7Wiseways website and not any third-party apps/websites, including but not limited to Personal Zoom, Google-Meet, Skype, account, etc, without prior written permission from 7Wiseways for each student separately. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine equivalent to your payout for 10 classes and/or deactivation of your account and forfeiture of your account balance

Understand that TDS (10%) would be deducted from your payout and paid to the IT Dept in your name according to income tax laws.
