At RiformaEdu, we are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized academic mentorship. Due to the customized nature of our services and the limited number of students we work with at a time, all payments made for packages or sessions are non-refundable.

• Once a package is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued — partial or full.

• We encourage all prospective clients to schedule a consultation call prior to enrollment to ensure clarity on learning goals and expectations.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule it with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
