Правила отмены записи

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be treated as a late cancellation and will be billed at 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: No-shows (absence without prior notice) will be billed in full.
